You will assist customers along their shopping journey, demonstrate devices and services, and guide them to solutions that fit their needs with patience and empathy. This entry role emphasizes training, teamwork across channels, and progression toward a Mobile Expert role upon completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store and explain device features.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics.
• Guide customers through purchasing with informed questions and thoughtful answers.
