Job summary

Arch Telecom is a national wireless retailer seeking Mobile Associates to join a fast-paced retail team. You will learn core customer service skills while delivering a best-in-class experience, helping customers find devices and service plans, and building loyalty in-store and online.

You will participate in hands-on demonstrations, side-by-side selling, and training that prepares you for promotion to Mobile Expert after completion. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a High school degree or GED.
• Be willing to stand for long periods and able to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience.
