Arch Telecom is hiring for a Retail Associate role in California. You will learn to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, assist customers in-store, and demonstrate the latest wireless technology while building relationships and driving sales.

Training leads to a Mobile Expert promotion after program completion, with opportunities across a national footprint. You will join a fast-paced team, supporting customers from shopping to purchase.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions and add-ons for customers.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
