Job summary

Arch Telecom, a national Wireless Preferred Retailer, is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our store teams in the Dundalk area. You’ll learn customer-service excellence while building expertise in devices, plans and related IoT products.

The role emphasizes hands-on demonstrations, solution-focused selling, and strong customer connections. As a learning role, you’ll train toward a Mobile Expert promotion after completing onboarding.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Mobile Expert.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and guide purchasing decisions.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics.
• Explain plans and devices with patience, honesty and empathy to build loyalty.
• Develop relationships and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
