Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team in Westminster, CA. You will help customers in-store and online, demonstrate devices, and tailor solutions with accessories and IoT options.

We value a willingness to learn, strong communication, and a drive to deliver first-class service. This is a training role with potential promotion to Mobile Expert after completing training.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the shopping journey in-store and online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Sell accessories and IoT devices to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through purchasing with informed answers and expertise.
