Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join a Retail Team that brings the Arch Telecom brand to life. You will learn to build customer loyalty through energetic, knowledgeable service and hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.

The role emphasizes learning with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training. You will balance customer experience with sales goals, working in a fast-paced store environment that values care and results.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and accessories.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
