Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store customer service and hands-on product demonstrations.
• Assist customers with selecting plans and devices to fit their needs.
• Build loyalty and drive sales through proactive engagement and follow-up.
• Complete training and work toward promotion to Mobile Expert after program completion.
