Job summary

Arch Telecom in the United States is hiring Mobile Associates to join a Retail Team and bring the brand to life. You will learn customer service, demonstrate the latest technology in-store, and guide customers through their purchasing journey with hands-on demonstrations and thoughtful questions.

As a learning role, you will build skills toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion, working with peers to resolve issues and create a run-around-free experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service and provide best-in-class experiences.
• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store and explain personalized solutions.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions and accessories.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Be patient, honest and empathetic in service and sales needs.
• Learn digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
• Build relationships across channels and partner with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.
• Be willing to have a good time while delivering first-class customer experience.
