T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service choices in a fast-paced store setting. You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate features, and help customers throughout their shopping journey.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations. Training pay is provided during onboarding, with advancement to a Mobile Expert and an annual incentive program;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Change Agility required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer problem solving and service orientation.
• Engaging and collaborative team player.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales ability and customer empathy.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
