You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and help customers throughout their shopping journey, using digital tools and providing service plan recommendations. This role emphasizes customer interaction and leveraging digital resources to improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Ability to work in a retail environment and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
