Qualifications

• Leverage self-serve tools and solution-based selling to recommend wireless solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, promotions, and hub updates; support store operations.
• Demonstrate customer obsession, build trust, and pursue referrals and price overrides when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to support customer accounts from setup to device support.
