Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates (MA) to join a National Wireless Preferred Retailer program. You will learn customer service, assist customers in-store, and master product demonstrations while building loyalty and trust.

The role emphasizes hands-on selling, empathy, and ongoing skill development in a fast-paced environment. You will train with a team to prepare for promotion to a Mobile Expert upon completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
• Retail environment preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, care, in-store)
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and plan
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear answers
• Develop expertise in digital tools and product knowledge
