Ideal candidates bring a customer-first mindset, sales drive, and willingness to grow into Mobile Expert after completing in-store training. This is an in-person role with opportunities for advancement and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and build skills in a fast-paced sales setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store, online, or via Customer Care.
• Demonstrate and explain latest technology and devices; guide personalized solutions.
• Sell products and services through side-by-side interactions with customers.
• Build relationships and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
• Collaborate with store teams and other channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training to advance from MAs to Mobile Expert after completion.
