Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join our retail team. You’ll engage customers with hands-on demos, help identify needs, and guide them through device and service selections to build lasting connections. This learning role prepares you for promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion.

You’ll work with a supportive team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a positive in-store experience while developing your sales and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide best-in-class service in-store.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Sell accessories and IoT products to enhance customer connections.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to resolve issues and ensure a smooth experience.
