Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team. You will learn customer service skills, assist shoppers, and perform hands-on demonstrations of the latest devices and services in-store to help customers connect with what they want.

You will work with your team to build required skills and prepare for a promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion. We offer ESOP, health benefits for full-time staff, uncapped commissions, and clear avenues for career

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in-store and online, guiding through purchase journeys.
• Demonstrate products and explain plans, accessories, IoT devices where relevant.
• Provide hands-on assistance and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
