My Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at a busy AT&T retail location. You will coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales while managing hiring, scheduling, and coaching activities to ensure top-tier store operations.

You will foster a results-driven culture with a focus on KPIs, community outreach, and ongoing staff development. This role offers extensive benefits and growth tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Retail or telecommunications sales experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or equivalent.
