Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to coach a team of Retail Sales Associates and deliver best-in-class customer service. You will lead in-store operations, hire, schedule, and develop staff to meet targets and uphold standards.

You will build relationships with customers and partners, drive sales growth and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a high-quality store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
