Job summary

My Wireless Texas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a store team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach and develop Retail Sales Associates, drive sales targets, and manage daily store operations including hiring and scheduling.

This role offers strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and clear career paths within a fast-growing AT&T retailer network.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
• Maintain staffing through retention, recruiting and training.
• Build a steady client base by ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and adhere to company policies.
