Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling, and oversee daily store operations to exceed sales goals.

You will build a loyal client base, partner with AT&T Signature, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining store standards and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US (Required)

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to deliver best-in-class customer service and hit sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, and building a loyal client base.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team to host community events and grow business accounts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal procedures; train staff and monitor performance.
