My Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager in the United States to lead a busy AT&T Authorized National Retailer location. You will coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver best-in-class service and meet sales targets.

The role involves hiring, scheduling, coaching, maintaining store standards, building a loyal customer base, and collaborating with AT&T Signature team on events. Requires 1 year management and 1 year retail sales experience; bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a retail field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, and coaching.
• Maintain staffing through recruiting and development.
• Build a steady client base through ethical customer-centric practices.
• Collaborate with AT&T Signature team for community events and store initiatives.
• Maintain store cleanliness, security, and merchandising per policy.
