Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably wireless or retail.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operating standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Hire, schedule, develop, and coach staff for strong store operations.
• Achieve location goals by driving KPI performance through the team.
• Build client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team for community events.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and inventory controls.
• Enforce policies and procedures; ensure legal compliance.
• Stay informed on professional knowledge via workshops and networks.
