My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, hire and schedule personnel, and ensure strong sales results while maintaining store operations in line with company standards.

The role emphasizes developing a high-performing team, achieving KPIs, and upholding compliance and customer service excellence. This position offers uncapped commission potential and growth paths in a dynamic AT&T retail network.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US (Required).
