My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager to coach a team, hire, schedule, train, and drive strong sales while maintaining store operations. You will build client relationships, lead ethical practices, and ensure a superior customer experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of management and 1 year of retail or sales experience, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Benefits include base pay with commissions, paid training, and growth paths.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members into successful Retail Sales Associates.
• Train and lead a team to deliver best-in-class customer service and achieve targets.
• Supervise daily operation of location including hiring, scheduling, coaching.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Maintain store environment; inventory, display, and safety compliance.
• Maintain operations and enforce policies and procedures.
• Keep informed of professional knowledge by workshops and publications.
