Job summary

My Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will coach staff, oversee scheduling and training, and ensure store operations run smoothly at a high-performing location.

Responsibilities include developing a loyal client base, partnering with AT&T teams for community events, and maintaining compliance with policies while driving growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location dependent) (Optional).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members into successful Retail Sales Associates with focus on customer service.
• Train and lead the team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and sales results.
• Supervise daily store operations: hiring, scheduling, development, coaching, and policy adherence.
• Build client base through ethical, customer-centric practices and local events.
• Maintain store environment with inventory checks, device security, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements while supporting store growth.
