Job summary

Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates in-store to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will engage customers with demonstrations, explore needs, and tailor device/service solutions while building loyalty.

This is a learning role with promotion to Mobile Expert after training, supported by a team that values energy, empathy, and relationship building. You will help customers during their shopping journey, from online to in-store care, and learn to use digital tools to showcase

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for long periods.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and advance to Mobile Expert after training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product demonstrations and solutions.
• Provide hands-on demos of latest technology and accessory options.
• Guide customers through purchasing journey and resolve issues.
