Arch Telecom is hiring for a learning-focused Retail Associate role in New York. You will be part of a collaborative team, delivering best-in-class customer experiences and hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.

You’ll work toward promotion to Mobile Expert after training, while supporting customers on a fast-paced sales floor. You will learn to balance customer service with sales goals, build relationships, and participate in a fun, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation and availability for Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours).

Responsabilités

• Assist customers by demonstrating devices and services in-store.
• Guide customers through the purchasing journey with thoughtful questions and solutions.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
• Build relationships with customers and identify small business leads.
• Maintain brand standards and contribute to a positive, energetic store environment.
