Arch Telecom, a national Wireless Preferred Retailer, is hiring Mobile Associates to join our store teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll learn customer service while delivering best-in-class experiences and build loyalty through hands-on demonstrations of the latest devices and services.

Grow from a learning role toward a Mobile Expert role after training completion, collaborating with peers and leaders to uncover customer needs and provide personalized solutions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and information.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Perform side-by-side selling to tailor solutions.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
