Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Mobile Expert role after training.
• Ability to engage customers, listen actively and explain products clearly.
• Comfort with in-store demonstrations and handling devices and plans.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized device and plan solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise.
• Be patient, honest, and empathetic in service and sales interactions.
• Use digital tools to explain coverage, plans, and onboarding steps.
• Complete training on in-store processes, systems, and reference resources.
• Build relationships across channels to resolve issues and drive loyalty.
