Arch Telecom is seeking Retail Wireless Associates to join our in-store team. You will learn customer service best practices while delivering a top-tier customer experience and building loyalty. You’ll demonstrate devices, discuss plans, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.

You will work closely with peers to educate customers, uncover needs, and close sales, with room for advancement as you gain expertise. This role emphasizes energy, empathy, and a strong team vibe.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best in class experience.
• Demonstrate the latest technology in-store and provide hands-on product demos.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions for customers.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
• Develop relationships and hand off small business leads where appropriate.
