Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our team and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will learn product details, demonstrate devices, and assist customers in selecting plans, devices, and accessories in-store and online.

You’ll build knowledge of our LTE network, guide purchases with empathy, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues and drive sales. This learning role prepares you for a Mobile Expert promotion after training.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Mobile Expert role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide a best-in-class experience in-store and online.
• Demonstrate devices and services with hands-on demos.
• Sell accessories and IoT devices through consultative, side-by-side selling.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships and resolve issues to deliver a seamless experience across channels.
• Handoff small business leads and collaborate with store team to drive results.
