Arch Telecom is hiring Wireless Preferred Retailer associates to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in our stores. You will help customers continue their shopping journey, perform hands‑on demonstrations, and tailor solutions with accessories and IoT devices.

The role emphasizes patient, honest service and relationship building, with training leading to promotion to Mobile Expert. Competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
