Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfort with technology and devices.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store, online, or via Customer Care.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Collaborate with teammates to find personalized solutions and upsell accessories.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
