You will learn customer service fundamentals, demonstrate the latest devices, and guide customers through purchases—budgeting for accessories and IoT solutions while building product expertise for potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them complete their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate products in-store and explain features and benefits.
