Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team. You will learn customer service basics while showcasing the latest devices, plans, and accessories in-store, helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey.

This learning role emphasizes hands-on demonstrations, friendly sales, and building lasting connections with customers. You’ll train with teammates, enjoy uncapped commissions, and have opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.
