Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking Learning-spirited Retail Associates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-store. You will learn product details, demonstrate the latest technology, and help customers find personalized wireless solutions while building lasting connections.

You'll work with a team to develop skills toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion, with competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by explaining products and services and demonstrating devices.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions for customers.
• Guide customers through purchasing, answering questions and offering expertise.
• Build relationships with customers and team members to improve the shopping experience.
• Participate in training to develop skills for future advancement to Mobile Expert.
