Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join a fast-paced retail team. You’ll learn customer service, demonstrate the latest technology, and help customers find solutions beyond devices and service plans.

This learning role emphasizes building relationships, educating customers, and staying current with new products. You will be trained on product knowledge, in-store processes, and digital tools to enhance interactions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online or in-store.
• Demonstrate latest technology and explore customer needs with hands-on demos.
• Side-by-side selling to provide personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
• Maintain patient, honest, and empathetic service and sales interactions.
• Learn and use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
