This entry-level role includes on-the-job training, a base hourly pay of $18 plus $5 training pay, and opportunities to grow into a Mobile Expert. All employees are supported by comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Willingness to learn and demonstratetechnology and devices

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with the shopping journey and provide a world-class experience.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on devices and services with hands-on demos.
• Identify opportunities and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
• Collaborate with teammates across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize store systems and digital tools to support customer interactions and training.
