Job summary

Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join our retail team. You will learn customer service and sales skills while delivering a best-in-class experience and building loyalty with customers in-store, online, or via care channels.

You will discover customer needs, demonstrate devices, and perform hands-on product demonstrations, with training that prepares you for a promotion to Mobile Expert after completing the program.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with questions and clear answers.
• Build relationships and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Identify and handoff small business leads when appropriate.
