Job summary

T-Mobile in Kailua, Hawaii is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will greet customers, help them resume their shopping, demonstrate devices, and tailor recommendations to individual needs in a fast-paced store environment.

This entry-level role includes on-the-job training, an hourly base pay of $20.50 plus $5 training pay, and the potential for an annual incentive target of $18,000 depending on performance. You will grow skills toward the Mobile Expert level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun while helping customers.
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas and solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store or via online/customer care.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond devices and plans to keep customers connected.
• Approach service and sales with integrity, composure and compassion.
• Support team initiatives and help identify and hand off small business leads.
