Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join its retail team in a fast-paced store environment. You will learn customer service, demonstrate the latest technology, and help customers choose plans, devices, and accessories.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, teamwork, and building relationships with customers while aiming for a promotion to Mobile Expert after completing training.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
• Becoming proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
• Build relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and handoff small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
