Arch Telecoms is hiring for a learning role within our Retail Team. You will join a fast-paced environment focused on customer service, product demonstrations, and helping customers find the right wireless solutions in-store and online.

As a Mobile Associate in training, you’ll build product knowledge, guide purchases, and develop relationships with customers while working with peers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, empathy, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product demonstrations and education.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Help customers select personalized solutions and close sales.
• Build relationships and hand off small business leads.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
