Job summary

Arch Telecom is recruiting for a Mobile Associate to join our national retail team. You will help customers select devices and service plans, perform hands-on demonstrations, and guide purchases to ensure a best-in-class experience.

Training is provided to advance to Mobile Expert after completion. You’ll work in a fast-paced store environment, building connections with customers, expanding product knowledge, and delivering a high-energy, engaging shopping journey.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service or sales experience (retail environment preferred)
• Willingness to learn and grow toward Mobile Expert
• Competitive drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product and service selections in-store
• Demonstrate devices and services through hands-on demos
• Provide thoughtful recommendations and answer questions to meet customer needs
• Guide customers through the purchasing journey, online, via Care, or in-store
• Collaborate with teammates and store leaders to deliver a seamless experience
