Arch Telecoms is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will learn product knowledge, demonstrate devices, and guide customers through their purchasing journey.

You'll build relationships, work with peers and store leaders, and develop skills toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training. Competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• High school degree or GED.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product choices and demonstrations.
• Learn and build proficiency in customer service and sales.
• Guide customers through purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and answers.
• Learn digital tools and systems to support onboarding and interactions.
