Job summary

Arch Telecoms is a national wireless retailer with 200+ stores across the United States. We are seeking Mobile Associates to learn and develop customer service skills while building product knowledge and sales abilities in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work with a supportive team to greet customers, demonstrate devices, and guide them through purchasing decisions, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training. Training, incentives, and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and demonstrations in-store.
• Guide customers through purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Build lasting relationships and help resolve issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with peers to learn skills and support promotions.
