Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Network Development Engineer to join the Core Engineering team, partnering on standards, tooling, and fast roll-out of new designs for corporate office networks. You will deploy and sustain networking software tools and collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to deliver scalable, reliable networking across thousands of offices.

Qualifications

4+ years of major internet routing protocols experience.
4+ years in a Linux/Unix environment.
4+ years of hands-on engineering in large scale Enterprise wireless networks.
4+ years' experience with at least one vendor's Wireless hardware (APs, controllers).

Responsibilities

Design and deploy high quality wireless network solutions for corporate offices.
Drive scaling of current network designs to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams for design and support.
Work with internal customers to ensure the network meets demands and reliability.
Lead operational excellence projects to improve network quality and reliability.
Define required tools with the teams and help build the network.
Create simple processes to operate and build the network.
