T-Mobile is seeking an impactful Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across western Maryland, the WV Panhandle, Potomac Highlands and Shenandoah Valley. The role covers a wide geographic area requiring independence, travel, and on-call capabilities.

The technician will apply technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance, handle technical support, manage small projects, and contribute to process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2–4 years in Wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
