Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a motivated Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across the Greater Philadelphia area, covering parts of PA and NJ. The role focuses on maintaining network performance, reliability, and project execution in diverse urban and rural sites.

Based primarily in Philadelphia, the technician will manage RAN, backhaul, NR, and base station tasks, traveling across the market while staying hands-on with systems and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years field operations and maintenance experience.
• 2–4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
