T-Mobile is seeking a motivated Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across western Maryland, the West Virginia Panhandle, and the Shenandoah Valley region. The role requires handling a broad set of duties including technical support, project management, and operational improvements while traveling across a large territory.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in radio access networks, backhaul, and 5G NR concepts, with a willingness to work independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
• 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
