Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support the Washington DC metro area and Baltimore corridor. The role covers federal facilities, WMATA infrastructure, and dense urban environments, requiring independence and attention to safety and access controls.

You will apply knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services to maintain network performance and reliability. Travel across the Mid-Atlantic region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years working in Field Operations and maintenance
• 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outages
• Manage smaller projects or segments with accurate status updates
• Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance and repair activities
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and documentation with senior technicians
• Complete required training to stay current with systems and standards
• Other duties as assigned by management
