Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across the Washington DC metro area and Baltimore corridor.

You will cover high-visibility sites in complex environments and be part of a growing network operations function. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in field operations and wireless telecommunications, with strong knowledge of RAN, backhaul, 5G NR, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field.
• 2-4 years in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years wireless telecommunications experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
